Group Facilitation

The primary goal of facilitation is to structure and guide dialogue and decision-making processes to support the desired outcomes of the group.

A group of people brought together to talk about issues that matter will inevitably have differing opinions. If the group is reticent to engage in healthy conflict, important issues may go undiscussed.

Effective facilitation creates a safe container for difficult conversations to occur. When people have the experience of being valued for their perspectives even if different, they are more likely to support group decisions

The path forward

I believe a foundation of trust lies at the core of any successful collaboration. Let's start from there.

Before our call, I encourage you to consider what are the the key objectives for your meeting  you are planning.

“If you want to build a ship, don’t drum up people together to collect wood and don’t assign them tasks and work, but rather teach them to long for the endless immensity of the sea.”
